just open my ecraft and have started with a basic label, the cutting function works fine, the problem is with the pen, it always stands proud of the housing and always draws when i don not want it to
i have changed the pen and even reset/powered off the unit
I would contact Craftwell directly for this. This is not a problem I have heard of before, so I really can't offer anything to try.
