cannot sign in from software

I just installed ecraft pro, on the right side is an area for me to log into and it keeps defaulting back to the log-in screen. What am I doing wrong??

This is a real issue too, because if you purchase items by credit card it doesn't let you log out that I'm aware, which means there's an open internet connection--one option would be to get a new activation key after you login to Craftwell, then in the software under Help, click Enter an Activation Key and re-enter the new number they give you. I'm thinking about doing that and if that doesn't work for the problem I'm having (won't view the SD Card) I play to uninstall/reinstall the software if I can't get a good answer from Craftwell. FYI, to remove the software properly, go to your "downloads" area in Windows Explorer and reclick the original *.exe file (eCraftShopPro2.exe) that installed the eCraft software, it will give you the option to "REPAIR" or "DOWNLOAD DRIVER" or "MODIFY" or "REMOVE" - click REMOVE and then redownload if you want to try the same thing.
